1. Website and provider

This website is provided by Antonio Dimas Torrent Junior at the contact address below. These terms explain use of the website and the product license. They do not replace the contractual terms of a reseller on its order form or override mandatory consumer rights.

2. Product and website status

The ODD & ADHD Clinical Practice Toolkit is a completed digital PDF collection. The website shows twelve activity examples from the final toolkit, plus product and bonus presentation mockups. The collection contains 633 pages per paper format: 413 main-kit pages and 220 bonus pages.

The main toolkit contains 151 distinct activities (70 ADHD and 81 ODD), plus six included bonus resources. A4 and US Letter editions contain the same content. Images of books are digital product mockups; nothing is shipped.

3. Intended professional use

The product consists of English-language educational printable resources for qualified child psychologists and therapists. It does not provide assessment, diagnosis, individualized treatment, medical advice, supervision, professional accreditation, or a promise of clinical improvement.

The practitioner is responsible for selecting appropriate resources, adapting them to the individual’s needs and abilities, obtaining any necessary permissions, and following applicable professional and privacy duties. The materials are not represented as a clinically validated protocol.

4. Price and purchase conditions

The bundle price is US$17.00 in one payment, with all six listed bonuses included and no subscription. Purchase links lead to the Digistore24 order form for this product. The exact payable amount and any applicable taxes are shown there before you confirm payment.

A completed purchase is governed by the applicable Digistore24 reseller terms presented on that order form. Payment availability is determined on the checkout; this website does not claim product approval or collect payment card details.

5. Digital delivery and technical requirements

The product is supplied as downloadable PDF files. No physical item, live session, editable source document, or certification is included. A device with a PDF reader and internet access is required; printing requires your own printer, paper, and supplies.

After a successful purchase, follow the access instructions supplied in the Digistore24 order confirmation to download the PDF files. Download access is provided for 12 months. Save the files to your own device. Continuous updates or ongoing clinical support are not included.

6. Product license

Once purchased and delivered, the bundle will be licensed to one purchasing practitioner for their own professional work. That practitioner may read and print the worksheets and provide individual activity pages to their own clients or caregivers as part of that work. Clinical completion may be recorded privately using the practitioner’s own appropriate systems.

The license will not permit resale, sublicensing, sharing the complete bundle with other practitioners, uploading the files to public sites or shared download libraries, or distributing the resources as a competing product. Additional practitioners need their own license. These restrictions do not limit exceptions permitted by applicable copyright law. No paid-product license is granted merely by viewing preview images.

7. 60-day refund policy

You may request a refund within 60 days of your first payment. Email infonexodigital01@gmail.com with the order number and purchase email, or use the buyer support contact in the Digistore24 order confirmation. You do not need to demonstrate a clinical result or provide a medical reason to request a refund within this period.

The refund period is 60 days from the first payment. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights available under applicable law.

8. Website use and intellectual property

You may browse the preview and use the published contact information for legitimate product or privacy inquiries. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent affiliation, or distribute website content in a way that infringes applicable intellectual property rights. Product names referring to ODD and ADHD do not imply endorsement by a health organization or Digistore24.

9. Support and changes
