This policy applies to neurokit.online, including its product pages, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Imprint / Legal Notice. The person responsible for this website and for information you send to product support is Antonio Dimas Torrent Junior, at the contact address below.

This website links to an external Digistore24 checkout. It does not collect payment card details, create customer accounts, or collect information through a web form. Purchase details entered on the checkout are handled under its own privacy notice.

2. Information involved

• Website requests: the hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, requested URL, browser and device information, request time, and technical or security logs to deliver and protect the website.
• Email you choose to send: your email address, name if provided, message, attachments, and any order reference you include. Please avoid sending sensitive health information or information identifying a child.
• Fonts: this website requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s servers and transmits technical request information, including an IP address, to retrieve those fonts.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Technical information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website, based on legitimate interests in providing a functional and secure service, subject to applicable law and your rights. Information you send is used to answer your inquiry, take steps you request before a purchase, provide product or order support, handle refund requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. We seek consent when required for an optional purpose.

We do not sell your personal information or use support messages to enroll you in marketing. We have not installed separate advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or a newsletter form on this version. Our own page code does not set cookies or use local storage. The third-party badge and infrastructure services described below may process technical information under their own privacy policies.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Google supplies the external fonts and Gmail is used for the listed support email. These providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States, under their applicable privacy terms and safeguards. We use providers only for the purposes described here and apply legally required safeguards where applicable.

The product preview also loads the official Digistore24 trusted badge and its legal footer directly from Digistore24. Your browser connects to that service to retrieve its scripts and display assets, transmitting technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. The badge response may also set a Digistore24 cookie, subject to your browser’s settings and third-party cookie restrictions. You can manage or block third-party cookies in your browser. The badge provides reseller and customer support information; displaying it does not mean that this product has been approved or that purchasing is available.

5. Retention and security

Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the inquiry, support the customer, document a transaction or dispute, or comply with legal retention duties. Information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to those obligations. Hosting and email providers have their own retention practices.

We use appropriate safeguards for the website and support information, including HTTPS delivery. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send confidential clinical records or payment credentials.
